What is 1soccerstore.com's Return Policy? 

We hope that you are happy with your order and the service provided by our team at 1SoccerStore.com. However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we would be glad to assist you. Any new item(s) may be returned for an exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Customized Items, Special Orders, and Clearance Items are not returnable.

No restocking fee or additional shipping charges apply for exchanges

In order to receive a full refund or exchange, the merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all tags attached. Socks must be unworn with unopened, original packaging. All items sold as a set (i.e. jacket & pants), must be returned as a set.

We cannot accept used/worn items for returns or exchanges. Please be sure to try on shoes and apparel indoors to make sure you are happy with the fit. Once a product is worn on grass, turf, outside, or shows any kind of wear/stains it will NOT be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at YOUR EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We sell the highest quality performance products from the top name brands in the industry. Many of these items require special care due to the special materials used in manufacturing, such as leather, latex foam, and high performance fabrics. If any item purchased from 1SoccerStore.com is defective it may be returned to us for an exchange within ninety (90) days of purchase. Please contact us at (877) 6-KICKIT regarding all defective products.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Shipped Orders

Please return merchandise to us via UPS/FedEx or insured U.S. mail and obtain a tracking number. 1SoccerStore.com/TeamSports is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost in shipping. Please fill out the Return Order Form and include your packing slip in your return package.

In-Store Pickup Orders

Orders that received In-store pickup may be returned directly to TeamSports for return/exchange processing (allow 2-4 business days). In-store exchanges are not available for products purchased from 1SoccerStore.com. If requesting an exchange please fill out the Return Order Form and a representative from 1SoccerStore.com will contact you with product availability.

A $10.00 processing/restocking fee will be charged for return orders that received ‘Free Shipping’.

A $10.00 processing/restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused/returned to sender.

A 10% processing/restocking fee will be charged for return orders that total over $250.

Credits will be made to the original form of payment on the order. Refunds will include product cost and sales tax (if applicable) only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Where do I send Returns?
Ship your return package either UPS or insured US Postal Service and remember to keep your receipt and tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages sent to our company. The return address is:

Please keep your receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent to you in error.


What should I include with the Return?

When returning merchandise, please include a copy of  the packing slip you received with your original order as well as the Return Order Form.


What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an item that you did not order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-643-2548 (1-877-6-KICKIT).
Please return your item only by USPS (US Postal Service). The maximum amount we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item is $10.00 and the USPS receipt must be included in your package.

What if the item I received is defective?
